Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a mature and reliable person to join our team in a full-time customer service role. This is a face-to-face position where you’ll be helping customers, managing stock, handling transactions, and supporting general office tasks.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 5:30pm

Every second Saturday, 10am - 2pm

What we’re looking for:

- Great communication and people skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Confident using computers, especially MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and without supervision
- Cash handling, banking, and stock control experience
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Full NSW driver licence

(Casual also available)

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting.

Preferred:

- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Australian work authorisation
