**The Venue**

With an extensive selection of Mediterranean and Greek fare on offer, dishes out an array of delicious options like warm pan-fried sweet chilli calamari with homemade dressing, as well as lamb souvlaki with salad, chips, tzatziki and pita bread.tc.

**The Role**

Keep their bars running smoothly by handling day-to-day operations, managing resources, and employees, and creating a safe, fun environment for staff and patrons.
