YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Property Manager to join our team, based in Truganina, VIC. This role is critical in managing CEVA’s industrial property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, including sourcing, leasing, maintenance, and financial performance. You’ll work closely with business and operational leaders to align our real estate strategy with future growth.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
**Specifically, you will**:
Develop and implement CEVA ANZ’s property strategy aligned to long-term business plans
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and facility maintenance compliance
Monitor performance of the portfolio and lead budgeting, reporting, and property reviews
Partner with Business Development to support new business property requirements
Analyse market conditions and lease structures to optimise portfolio performance
Coordinate with landlords, site managers, and vendors to resolve operational issues
Ensure safety, compliance, and audit readiness across the portfolio.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Sound, proven experience in property sourcing, leasing, or facilities management
Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
Effective stakeholder management and negotiation ability
Knowledge of industrial property market trends
Experience in a logistics or supply chain setting (desirable)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
