- Providing outstanding customer service via quality phone conversations, time management and delivering all information in a correct manner
- Delivering both inbound and outbound responses around our clients products and any ad-hoc information as requested by the customer
- Managing requests from the team inbox as per SLA boundaries
- Having the ability to find work arounds and defuse difficult conversations by managing the customers needs
- Maintain all customer accounts are correct and process requests in a timely and professional manner

**To be considered for the role you will**:

- Recently graduated with a finance related degree
- Have gained previous customer service experience - financial experience highly desired but retail also considered
- Have a passion about what you do, and the level of service you provide
- Pick up things quickly and accurately
- Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills to work in a fast paced environment
- The ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
