Client Service Associate to support the Financial Advisers of the bank with their elite client base

This company is a prestigious global bank and wealth manager. The role is within the Wealth Management business, which services individuals, families and institutions investing in both domestic and international markets, including equities, fixed income and derivative investments, financial planning, margin lending and managed funds.

**Your new role**

The Client Service Associate is often the first point of contact with clients on a broad array of services related to account servicing, financial plans and investment portfolios, supporting two Financial Advisors.
- Supporting two Financial Advisors and looking after their HNW clients.
- Facilitation of all administrative client queries.
- Arrange and assist with maintenance of client account and records, in line with current AML/CTF, KYC Regulations.
- First point of contract for clients and dealing with queries.
- Proactively notify client/s and financial advice team of any issues recommending a solution and timeframe.
- Dealing with aspects such as Corporate Actions or IPOs for client positions.
- Future potential to attend client meetings with advisers.
- Prioritise competing adviser requests in a fast-paced environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar.
- At least 2 years experience, ideally working with ASX products, Wealth Management, platforms or investment banking.
- RG146 would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
- Ability to prioritise and work in a busy role.
- Strong communication skills to effectively deal with clients and other stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, quick learner and enthusiastic.
