Job description
**Bald Hills Doctors** is seeking an experienced M**edical Receptionist** to join our team.
**The main objective of this role is to provide a high level of customer service and front desk reception.**
**Immediate Start.**
**The duties and responsibilities are**:
- To deliver exceptional customer service at all the times
- Efficient management of patient data, appointments and procedures.
- Processing patients’ billings/receipts
- Ability to be flexible and available if required, including increased availability at certain times through the year for leave cover
- Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.
**Required skills/experience**:
- Previous medical reception experience
- **Experience with using Best Practice is preferred**:
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision
- Ability to present professionally
- Strong ability to multi-task a must
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Preferably experience in a Skin or General Practice environment
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Good People Skills & High Attention to Detail
- Empathy
- Good Communication Skills
- Be able to travel between clinics to cover people on leave or sick
