Due to continued growth, we have a newly created role available for an Asset Coordinator who will be responsible for managing assets and their related preventative maintenance policies and work order standard jobs throughout their lifecycle.

Your new role

We are seeking a highly experienced Asset Coordinator to support our Maintenance function at our Head Office in Nambour. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Effectively create and manage assets and their related preventative maintenance policies and work order standard jobs throughout their life cycle
- Execute the electronic relocation of assets and components from site-based based information systems
- Update existing and historical policy systems to the latest pre-approved operational configurations
- Assess user activity and report to the Business Improvement Manager if any personnel require further training requirements
- Liaise with the safety team to ensure any changes to legislation compliances are incorporated into the maintenance strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
- Mechanical Trade Qualified preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management software
- Previous experience in asset Coordination in the mining or construction industries
- Current Drivers Licence
