Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

This is an exciting opportunity to be on the frontline of equipment management supporting our Donor Centre collections teams. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day implementation and maintenance activities of Donor Services equipment across Vic/Tas and SA collection sites. This is a great opportunity bring your enthusiasm and collaborative capabilities to work every day and develop your skills while you’re supporting the live giving work of our Collections teams. A day in the role could see you:
Coordinating maintenance, calibration and acceptance testing for equipment

Maintaining the asset register and co-ordinating fixed asset annual stocktake

Maintaining the quality control documentation, equipment management and logistics

Co-ordinating repairs for all portable equipment from our Donor Centres

Liaising with suppliers and contractors

Demonstrated ability to build & sustain effective relationships

Demonstrated ongoing commitment towards the provision of service excellence

Experience in Quality Assurance Program

Experience with a computerised asset management system and procurement system

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in equipment or asset management

Advanced computer literacy (word and excel specifically)

Experience with equipment calibration and record management (desireable)

This is a permanent, full time role, in our National Property and Equipment team.
