Located on East St, in the Valley, we are known for our simple, delicious food, modern Australian wine program, and friendly, humble service.

Position: Section Waiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience, anticipating guest needs and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Present bills to guests, handle payment transactions, and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized section.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times
- Work closely with the rest of the team to create a positive and cohesive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a section waiter is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with wine is great, but an interest in wine is just as important, we can and will train
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
