**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the pass during service
- Coordinate communication between BOH and FOH
- Ensure all dishes meet quality, accuracy, and dietary requirements
- Control the flow of orders and pacing of food delivery
- Handle issues with missing items, delays, or incorrect plating
- Maintain awareness of all allergy and dietary modifications
- Support floor staff with timing, updates, and running food

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in a high-volume FOH or pass role
- Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, and dietary restrictions
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be available evenings and weekends

**Desirable**:

- Experience in Asian or Chinese cuisine
- Lightspeed 'Bump it' docket system
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations
- Ability to memorize complex menus and modifiers
