- Restaurant Supervisor

**Objectives**

The key objectives of the Restaurant Supervisor role are to drive excellence in customer service and ensure efficiency in day-to-day operations of the venue’s restaurant.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the restaurant and and maintaining close and direct contact with members and guests, as well as ensuring staff maintain appropriate service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively direct and supervise staff and food service during restaurant service periods to ensure ongoing operational efficiency and coordination
- Monitor food quality, presentation and timeliness for the restaurant, in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef
- Observe overall conduct and appearance of restaurant staff, taking correction action as required
- Provide support to the Functions Team, as required
- Review front of house displays and signage to ensure branding consistency and support for promotions
- Any other duties as outlined on the PD for the role, or as required

**Restaurant Manager Position Requirements**
- Understanding of service standards for a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Comprehensive understanding of liquor licensing regulations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety laws and practices
- Expertise in operating and managing POS systems
- Proficient in reservation systems and staff scheduling platforms
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Minimum two (2) years working as a supervisor or manager in the Hospitality Industry
- Diploma in Hospitality (Desirable)
