**Your day to day**
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll assist with food and beverage operations, across our Restaurant, Lume Bar and banqueting, to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You'll ensure compliance with all health, and safety requirements and focus on the effective supervision of staff. You'll lead the team throughout the shift, promoting a positive and efficient team culture, working with the Restaurant Team to train and develop the team's capabilities in fine dining and customer service.
