**About the Opportunity**
We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join us on a contracted, part-time basis to provide parental leave cover. The contract will finish in January 2026, with real possibility of transitioning into permanent employment or movement within the Icon Group.

**About the Role**
This is a sole-technician role, and you will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatients. Ensuring that all pharmacy activities are completed to a high standard while supporting the quality use of medicines - your responsibilities include:

- Dispensing and supply medication for hospital patients and outpatients
- Delivering medication and collect rounds to hospital wards
- Supporting patients, hospital staff and associated employees
- Managing imprest for the hospital and pharmacy

This is a contracted part-time position, finishing in January 2026. You will be rostered a negotiated 3 to 4 day workweek. Weekends or public holiday work is not expected.

**About You**
- Requirements:_
- Have experience dispensing medication in an Australian based pharmacy
- Be able to address client needs with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism
- Have a high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

- Preferred Requirements:_
- Dispensary Technician Certificate or equivalent as recognised by the Pharmacy Board of Australia
