**Description**:
MPC Kinetic’s Well Servicing business is a provider of well servicing solutions to the energy and mining sectors with some of the world's most innovative equipment using new, purpose designed truck mounted rigs. Our vision is to become the first choice well servicing provider for the Australian oil & gas industry.

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and able to show initiative. You MUST have a minimum of 10 years drilling and completions experience with approximately 5 years supervisory experience. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Drive process improvements to optimise team performance and deliverables.
- Review and coach Rig Mangers on all daily rig reports and safety observations, ensuring that any other paperwork is completed correctly to guarantee accuracy and that compliance is being achieved.
- Create and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with key stakeholders, potential clients and existing clients.
- Ensure that the legislative requirements and permits are valid and in date.
- Implement the rig new build plan & monitor progress in respect of time, costs & quality.
- Ensure that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented.
- Review contractors and equipment OEM’s’ plans & schedules.
- Monitor and report on contractor performance.
- Monitor equipment work for compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, owner’s standards & statutory regulations.
- Develop teams & individual competence.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Diploma in Well Servicing Operations including well servicing operations certification II, III, & IV
- IWCF Well Control Level 4 Supervisor
- Industry Safety Induction (ISI)

- Provide First Aid with cardiopulmonary resuscitation
