**Distribution Dispatch Clerk - Afternoon Shift**

Our client has a great opportunity for a Distribution Clerk to join their teams Distribution Centre based in Laverton North VIC. Our client specialises in quality poultry products being distributed to large and well known brands across Australia.

**Afternoon shift**: Between 2pm or 3pm start - 11pm finish

**Pay Rate**: $33.93

**38-hour week Monday to Friday**

**This is an ever growing industry with lots of potential to grow**

**The Role**:

- Providing drivers with all relevant documentation relating to deliveries
- Stock control functions - undertake & data entry of stocktake
- Customer service and delivery enquiries & scheduling deliveries
- Dispatch trucks which includes preparing customer invoices, providing delivery documentation to drivers, checking dockets, invoicing, reconciliation of PODs
- Preparing delivery driver rosters

**What we are looking for**:

- High level administration experience and strong attention to detail
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy for data entry and ability to check own work before errors occur
- Self-motivated, a hands-on people person
- Logistics/Warehousing experience is desirable
- Highly organised and able to deal with multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fast learner as there will be multiple systems to navigate
- Unlimited work rights
- Must be resilient and adaptable to change
- Must be physically fit with no medical restrictions
