As Event Coordinator you will join Variety as a permanent full-time employee, who supports the Events Manager with a suite of respected events. You will manage the strategy and delivery of several supporting events and functions, working synonymously with the Event chair and committee whilst collaborating with external stakeholders. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have a current South Australian Drivers License and will be able to travel interstate during event periods.

This position requires:

- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing a high-volume event calendar
- Maintaining stakeholder relations and liaising with clients
- Proven experience in developing proposals, presentation development and delivery.
- Experience working alongside committees to achieve common goals
- Proven experience in monitoring and measuring performance against budgets
- Analytical ability to evaluate solutions and develop sound conclusions
