**Join Our Team as a General Practice Receptionist**

**Location**: Melton (with occasional travel to Hoppers Crossing & Braybrook)
**Position**: Casual (with potential to go permanent)

Are you a friendly, organised individual with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a **General Practice Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Greet patients** and manage appointments with a smile.
- Handle **patient records**, billing, and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a **tidy, welcoming reception area** and ensure infection control procedures are followed.
- Help with patient recalls, mail, and general housekeeping.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **1+ year experience** as a medical receptionist.
- **Excellent communication skills** and a friendly, patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and maintain confidentiality.
- **Knowledge of Best Practice software** and **medical terminology**.
- **Working with Children Check** and **Police Check**.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
