Host/hostess

500 Degrees is a premium steakhouse known for our open-flame cooking, quality Australian beef, and exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for a warm, confident, and organised Host/Hostess to be the first face our guests see and set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

Your Role:

- Welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently using booking systems.
- Communicate closely with FOH and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean, polished front desk and waiting area.
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and service coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

- A friendly, well-presented personality who thrives in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Previous experience in hosting or customer service preferred.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are a must.

Pay: $26.50 - $29.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
