**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Heavy Fabrication** **Apprentice**. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the skills and techniques necessary to become a skilled heavy fabricator. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the mining industry and work with a reputable company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the fabrication of large metal structures for the mining industry, such as conveyors, chutes, and platforms
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including welding machines, cutting torches, and grinders
- Learn to operate heavy machinery, such as cranes and forklifts
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations specific to the mining industry

**Requirements**:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Some experience with metalworking or welding preferred, but not required
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
