**The Role**

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Store Managers (Retail Manager)** for our stores across Perth to lead our team. You will be responsible for driving store performance, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and leading a team to achieve sales and service targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock control, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive business growth through sales initiatives, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to meet KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop staff rosters and manage workforce planning to meet store demands.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience (telecommunications industry highly regarded).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Knowledge of mobile phone and telecommunications products desirable
