We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
- Valid Australian working rights

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or Cafe all rounder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and coffee varieties.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Casual/ Part-time/ Full-time

Full-time opportunity available for the right applicant.

Pay: $23.23 - $38.76 per hour
