By Design. Style at a Steal. **About the Role**: Specifically, this person has direct influence for the quality standards, aloft culture, guest experience and talent engagement. The Front Office Duty Manager is a driver of the Aloft Vibe across the Front Office team in the hotel. The Front Office Duty Manager has detailed knowledge of most aspects of Front Office Operations. More than that, this person is committed to guest satisfaction and providing an aloft-style experience every time. This person "owns" the guest experience throughout the guest's on property stay.
