**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing receival and dispatch procedures for consignments, ensuring procedures comply with company policy and procedures and are in line with compliance requirements for ABF & Biosecurity
- Assigning workload and daily tasks to team members within the warehouse environment
- Overseeing ABF and Biosecurity activities within the warehouse, ensuring staff and activities are compliant with ABF & Biosecurity guidelines
- Supporting and maintaining ongoing training and education within the warehouse team
- Assigning workload and daily tasks to team members within the warehouse environment
- Ensuring assigned workloads are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean, maintained, and secure
- Monitoring team members and other warehouse attendees (including visitors) to ensure safety, security and compliance procedures are being followed
- Monitoring use of machinery within the warehouse to ensure all operators are appropriately licensed and trained in line with Work Safety guidelines
- Ensuring maintenance and repairs are performed on all machinery operating within the warehouse as required
- Implementing and oversight of risk management procedures to remove non-compliance on policy and procedure
- Adherence to KPI measurement and reporting for self and team

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Ensure all freight moved via underbond to Padstow depot is out turned within legislated time frames: = Air Freight: within xxx hrs of receipt**
**= Air Freight: within xxx hrs of receipt= Sea Freight: within xxx hrs of receipt
- Nil freight lost or damaged once out turn is issued, or cargo received in depot (i.e. domestic or export cargo)**
*- Scanning:

- Ensure 85% warehouse staff achieve min. 200 scans per hour ( This allows for staff required to perform ancillary tasks such as forklift operations, pallet wrapping, interstate movement preparation etc.)
- Ensure 100% of scanned masters are out turned at the end of each day regardless of whether the scanning of master is completed
- Ensure parcels are removed from depot within 2mths of receipt via either Clear scans or Disposal of HELD parcels
- Ensure unidentified parcels are effectively reported and disposed of in a compliant manner

We are looking for someone with: *
- Previous Warehousing team leader/Supervisor experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Desire to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canterbury NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Team leader/supervisor: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
