A day in the life of an Educator at Green Leaves
- Work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 7:00am - 6.00pm
- Hold or be actively working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Hold current First Aid and CPR
- Hold current Child Protection Training and a Working with Children Check.
- Start your day delighted to care, nurture, and grow children’s minds
- Use your motivation to support the team in meeting our quality principles of curriculum and documentation
- Set up, facilitate, and clean down after our play-based activities
- Collaborate and reflect as a team upon best practice
- Deliver professional and mature approaches
- Embrace personal growth and quality improvement whilst focusing on how we can all constantly learn and grow
