The Information Management Team Leader sits within the Records and Information Management (RIM) Team of the Digital Transformation Office.
As the Information Management Team Leader, you will play a key role in the provision of training and strategic input on broader information governance and compliance maturity. You will be required to implement consistent information management practices and identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and cultural behaviours.
You will have a focus on information management (IM) and governance and sound experience managing complex records management systems, including paper and electronic document records management systems, e.g., Content Manager/Objective ECM/Microsoft SharePoint.
You will have highly developed technical skills and understanding of whole-of-government initiatives in information management and governance and ability to provide strategic advice on policies, standards, and the training needs for the CDPP.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of three APS officers in delivering excellent and consistent information management services for the CDPP.
