- This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in beautiful Moruya, where you’ll lead Council’s procurement function and play a key role in shaping efficient, transparent, and forward-thinking procurement practices.

**About you**

You’re a confident procurement specialist with formal qualifications in procurement and/or contract management, backed by substantial experience navigating the complexities of public sector procurement. You understand the importance of probity, compliance, and financial systems - and**you know how to deliver results.
- Extensive experience in the preparation of tender and contract documentation
- Experience in successfully undertaking procedural reviews and delivering related outcomes
- Data-driven decision-making skills to forecast needs and influence outcomes
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and support your team
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
