With a recent series B raise and big plans ahead, it's time for an experienced SaaS b2b CRO to lead our sales, marketing and customer teams through our global transformation.

As CRO you are accountable for aligning all revenue-generating departments and building strategic partnerships to drive growth and scale revenue. This role will lead Fergus in building alliances and collaborations for increased profitability and success on a global scale. You will partner with our executive team to execute the current strategic plan and manage all aspects of the Global GTM across Sales, Marketing and Partnership as well as lead and mentor an extremely talented team of people.

**Requirements**:
C-suite experience, able to clearly articulate strategy at all levels

Experienced in fast growing b2b SAAS scale up environments developing and executing business strategy moving processes and systems to scale.

10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth with strong sales/marketing and CRM expertise selling to Small Medium Business

Proven track record of growing revenue through sales positioning, marketing, branding, and partnerships

Significant general management and P&L experience

Proven expertise in decision-making based on business metrics and be very data driven

Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Proven background managing high growth b2b (multi-national) SaaS teams >$50M ARR
