**About the role**:
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in using inventory management software; POS Works, and dispensary software; LOTS Dispensary
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the pharmacist with dispensing prescriptions
- Providing customers with advice on over-the-counter medications
- Operating the cash register and POS system
- Maintaining a clean and tidy dispensary
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and sales
- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Rotate stock within the dispensary
- Assist with prescription procedures
Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
- Community pharmacy experience preferred
- Eftpos, point of sale and cash handling experience essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Albion Park Rail, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
