HomeCare Australia is a leading family owned and operated organization and provides services to assist the elderly and disabled to stay living independently in their own homes for longer. We are an approved aged care package provider and an NDIS provider.

We seek driven and experienced individuals to join our growing office team.

This role involves speaking with potential clients, assessing them over the phone and then meeting them and signing them for HomeCare Australia. We receive multiple opportunities via brokers, and also enquiries over the phone. Your responsibilities would include:

- contacting potential clients and completing a referral form over the phone
- Setting them up on our database
- Preparing contracts and documents required for a face-to-face meeting
- Meeting them face to face, doing a comprehensive assessment of their needs and signing them up.
- Handing the client over to the relevant case manager
- Following up after first services to ensure you client is happy
- Meeting weekly key performance indicators on calls made; clients set up and client sign ups.

All our team work from home so you will also need:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the community services sector and a desire to learn more.
- Home office set up with NBN; desk and quiet space in which to work
- Laptop computer
- Passion for caring for our most vulnerable citizens
