Evergrow Gardenscapes is a boutique landscaping business, based in Osborne Park, specialising in high end lawn and garden care, mostly in the Perth’s Western Suburbs. We provide our clients with a service that is focused on attention to detail.

An opportunity is now available for a dedicated and responsible person to join our team to effectively take a lead role on various maintenance projects.

The right person will be looking for a long term position who can grow with our company. We need someone who will lead by example and have excellent people skills to motivate and manage a team of Horticulturists to perform at its best. You will need to be organised and have an eye for detail as well as managing time, equipment and resources. Administrative tasks and reporting is an important part of this role but you will also need to be on the tools as well. The role also requires the capacity to engage regularly with the client and other onsite stake-holders to meet their expectations for this high standard site.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Garden Maintenance
- Pest and Disease Management
- Turf Maintenance
- Reticulation testing and repairs
- Client Liaison
- Accurate record keeping
- A minimum of Certificate III in Horticulture
- At least 2 years previous horticulture/landscape maintenance experience
- Experienced in using all power garden tools and turf equipment
- Ability to work unsupervised
- An excellent work ethic
- Current ‘C’ class drivers license
- Experience towing a trailer an advantage
- Strong communication skills to enhance team work and customer relations
- You are fit and healthy and enjoy working outdoors in all conditions
- Good plant identification knowledge
- Experience in pest and disease management
- Excellent time management skills
- High standards with an attention for detail
- Previous reticulation experience will be highly regarded
- Have a positive attitude and passion for gardening

Evergrow offers a service to a wide range of residential clients, which makes this an interesting and varied role. In addition to care of lawns and garden beds, you would be responsible for soil and plant health, specialist pruning, hedging, reticulation testing and maintenance.

We are looking for the right person to grow with our company. We are seeking an honest person with a strong work ethic and expect high standards in workmanship and enthusiasm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:
