**Position: Support Worker**

**Location: Dianella, WA**

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Dianella, WA**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**This client requires assistance with domestic assistance for 2 hours per week. The shift will be on Mondays at 11am-1.00pm**

**This client is hearing impaired and requires a carer whose first language is English so that the client is able to lip read.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
