**About the Position**

The ALS Environmental Division with modern facilities located at Wangara in Perth, is seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Warehouse/Bottle Prep Attendant.

The Warehouse/Bottle Prep Attendant works closely with the ALS Client Services team to provide quality service and on time delivery to our clients as well as facilitating project delivery through effective communication.

We are seeking a professional to join our team with experience in a Warehouse role (preferably in the Science industry). It is envisaged that this person will be a self-starter who can learn the business requirements from the ground up.

As a Warehouse Store person/Bottle Prep Attendant, you will be responsible for
- Signing for goods on arrival and ensuring correct products have been delivered with no damage
- Communicate the arrival of goods with the appropriate member of the laboratory
- Maintain a safe and uncluttered warehouse area with special attention to dangerous goods
- Use computer system to obtain details of stock locations and quantities
- Liaising with and supporting internal departments
- Keeping the warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly manner to optimize efficiency
- Undertakes a range of tasks including preparing client bottle stock orders
- Ensuring all client bottle orders are filled and dispatched on time.
- Monitoring and managing all stock levels.
- Ensuring all bottle orders are prepared in accordance with the Quality procedures.
- Utilising an electric forklift when unloading/loading vehicles, moving equipment, pallets and samples.
- Assist with the disposal of client’s samples as per our quality system.

Mandatory prerequisites:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Current Forklift ticket
- Strong customer service focus
- Professional and proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in Warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
