This person will work closely with the operation, marketing agency, design, sales, and customer service team to execute key marketing strategies for Urban Xtreme.

**What you will be doing**
- Develop and drive brand awareness across the various digital platforms creating informative digital content.
- Produce and maintain regular social media content, using photography and videography for online channels.
- Use of content scheduling and project management software to remain organised.
- Design and implement general social media growth and marketing strategies.
- Utilise analytics and insights to monitor and report on initiatives, suggesting data driven improvements.
- Collate and provide the business with campaign performance reports and insights to monitor and report on initiatives to increase efficiencies, productivity, conversion, and engagement.
- Work in collaboration with marketing consultants to execute Google AdWords and SEO campaigns.
- Maintain and manage website (WordPress)
- Conduct and collate findings from industry-relevant market research.
- Develop marketing, technology, automation and analytics strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps.
- Monitor content trends and channels relevant to our brand.
- Continuously strive to improve lead generation and member acquisition.
- Reply to comments, direct messages etc across all platforms.
- Build, create, and manage a content calendar that attracts our target audience. For example, writing targeted blog posts, creating social media posts, and designing marketing PDFs/ monthly EDMs.
- You will be involved in all aspects of social media, paid search, content, and report on the results of your campaigns.
- Work effectively in teams, coordinate projects, and seek improvements.
- Build and managing digital marketing campaigns, including advertising and sales funnels, ensuring all information and data captured is done with the highest possible accuracy and integrity.
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
**What we would love to see in you**
- You are a digital magician with a sixth sense for performance. You track, analyse, and report on content metrics and know to refine execution as needed.
- You are a creative executor; you know how to get things done.
- You have relevant tertiary qualifications with proven experience (2-3 years) in Digital Marketing.
- You not only know all the acronyms, buzz words and marketing jargon but are also super sharp with SEO, SEM, CRM, EDM, SMS, GA, FB, IG and CMS.
- You have an understanding of Google Analytics and experience in managing digital social media and online platforms.
- You are proficient in working with Adobe Indesign and/or Illustrator and Photoshop. You know how to come up with conceptual designs and see the campaign materials through to perfect production.
- You are a natural storyteller who seeks to develop relevant and engaging content across different digital platforms and know how to engage with our different audience segments and how best to target them.
- You are a strong communicator and love building relationships with the confidence to chase sales opportunities and build a client base if required.
- You are proficient with MS Suite programs and can produce and deliver quality marketing/sales presentations and materials.
- You have a genuine interest and passion for the digital marketing industry.
- You have a positive attitude and are a keen problem solver. You have meticulous attention to detail.
- You are a fast mover who also knows how to press pause and make sure all the little details have been covered.
- You are a passionate person with an interest to learn. You might not be across the active entertainment and sporting side of our business but can quickly come up to speed with how to help deliver compelling messages.
