At Poco Posy, we're not just about gorgeous flowers—we need YOU to help us shine in the digital world too We're on the lookout for an **SEO/SEM Specialist** to take our online presence to the next level and boost our organic search engine traffic. If you love the world of SEO/SEM, link-building strategies, and growing visibility like a well-watered garden, this role is for you

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Regularly audit our website to spot SEO opportunities
- Work closely with the Marketing team in developing the marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM in line with the company objectives
- Develop strategies to boost our search rankings
- Conduct research to identify trendsetter ideas, new markets and customer needs that would appeal to target market
- Craft content that speaks to our target audience
- Regularly produce and edit various content types, including website content, social media posts and blogs
- Actively manage and promote our blog in different platforms
- Snag high-quality backlinks (like picking the perfect bloom)
- Supervise online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Handle technical SEO/SEM and website issues like a pro
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- SEO whiz with a knack for detail
- Strong and proven SEM experience
- Strong English skills and experience with SEO like Google Analytics
- Wordpress experience a MUST
- Problem-solver with excellent time management and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and always up for learning the latest SEO trends
- Must have tertiary degree
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- Able to maintain and improve website for visitor
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development.
- Up to date with latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Experienced in Digital Marketing field is preferred.
- Excellent in English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline
- Solid focus on deadline.
- Strong ability to perform under pressure/stress
- Confidence to be able to suggest new ideas
- Good technical understanding of the role and processes involved
- Proven record for sales growth
