**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Workforce Planning Manager will partner with the leaders across Retail to deliver an efficient workforce plan, enabling our team to perform at their best whilst also delivering commercial resourcing solutions for the business.
With forward thinking operating practices and a world class workforce planning system, this is an opportunity to impact a world class team.
This role is integral to the smooth operating rhythm of the entire Global Retail business and is an exciting opportunity to make large scale impact. With over 1500 stores globally across our 20,000 team members, this role is supporting key leaders in our market and enabling our efficiency strategy via our workforce planning system.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

Bringing this expert knowledge into the Cotton On Group environment and understanding how to best implement it within our current operating rhythm and culture.
Being a team player who can influence peers and communicate change in a clear and concise way in order to get the buy in from the wider team.
