Trainer and Assessor

**About Us**
Australian Nursing and Training Services Pty Ltd (RTO No. 41231 | CRICOS No. 04223H) is a registered training provider specialising in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health and Community Services courses.

We are currently seeking qualified trainers to deliver Certificate III and IV training including Diploma level in these fields.

**Essential Criteria**

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- **TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment** (or a relevant qualification).
- **Industry experience** in aged care, disability, hospitals, or community settings.
- **Relevant vocational qualifications** (e.g., Certificate IV in Ageing) at or above the level being delivered and assessed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A student-focused approach to training.

**Desirable Criteria**_**(Preferred but not essential)**_
- Experience in classroom-based training and assessment.
- Knowledge of the VET sector.
- Understanding of diverse student needs.
- Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A flexible, adaptable approach to work with problem-solving skills.
