**About the Opportunity**

This is a perfect opportunity for a passionate and suitably qualified BSB trainer and assessor to delivery various Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma level courses.

The individual must be willing to work in evenings.

**Key Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities for this position will be following:
1. Conduct training sessions online and face-to-face

2. Conduct student assessments as per current RTO policies and procedures

3. Creating student assessment templates and complete assessment model answers

4. Providing student’s ongoing academic support

**Skills and Experienc**e

1. Demonstrated minimum of **1 year of experience** in training and assessing international students

2. Ability to complete a Trainer and Assessor Profile in line with the 2015 Standards for RTO's and providing relevant evidence

3. Experience in creating assessment templates and model answers

4. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit

5. Self-motivated, resilient and a positive attitude

**What’s on offer**

Base salary will be $40 per hour onwards.
