We provide new & used sales, service, spare parts and finance for a wide array of customers in industries like transport, warehousing, construction, infrastructure, civil works, waste management and government.

STM Trucks & Machinery is a authorised dealer for industry leading brands like **Fuso Trucks, Iveco Trucks, Kobelco Excavators, ASV Posi-Track Loaders, Merlo Telehandlers, D’Avino Dumpers, C&F Mini Dumpers **and many more.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our growing aftersales team for an experienced **Spare Parts Interpreter **with knowledge in Earthmoving & Construction Equipment for our** Oak Flats location.** The position is on a full-time basis with competitive remuneration package.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills to successful in this endeavour:

- Experience in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge on Earthmoving & Construction Equipment
- Computer literacy skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Demonstrated ability to market products and services
- Experience with dispatching, invoicing and receiving
- Supportive and a “can do” attitude

As a key member of the Spare Parts team you will be assisting with:

- External and internal parts sales & quotations
- Processing of technical parts inquiries
- Managing inventory database
- Customer service both internal & external
