We provide new & used sales, service, spare parts and finance for a wide array of customers in industries like transport, warehousing, construction, infrastructure, civil works, waste management and government.
STM Trucks & Machinery is a authorised dealer for industry leading brands like **Fuso, Iveco, Kobelco, ASV, Merlo, D’Avino, C&F **and many more.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Service Advisor **to join our growing service team at our **Oak Flats** branch The position is on a full-time basis with competitive remuneration package.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:
- Be the first point of call for our service customers
- Multitasking and meeting periodic deadlines
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Working in conjunction with the Service Manager & Technicians
- Assist in improving revenues and efficiencies
- Delivering exceptional service to our customers
- Building strong customer relationships
**To be successful in the role you will need the following**:
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work individually and follow instruction
- Commitment to long term employment and its opportunities
- Exceptional skills in understanding customer support requirements
- Willing to attend OEM specific technical training & development
- Team player with commitment to our values, policies and procedures
