**The Role**:
Best&Less has an opportunity for Casual Team Members to join the passionate and supportive team at Best&Less Randwick, supporting primarily over the Christmas period.
As an integral member of our Bestie team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the Bestie culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

- A willingness to learn and develop
- Able to work during the day - full weekday availability
