No prior experience is required - just bring your drive and determination, and we'll provide the training you need to succeed

This diverse entry role will include:

- Daily administrative support to Property Managers as directed
- Assisting team in preparation of documents as directed - template driven
- Ensuring immaculate presentation of the office
- Receptionist duties as required, taking phone calls, greeting walk-ins where necessary
- Ensuring office is equipped with necessary stationery, products and essentials
- Learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry from seasoned professionals.
- Assist with property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with our team to create engaging property listings.
- Gain hands-on experience in negotiations and client relations.
- Dive into market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

- Reliable, motivated and organized

- Task oriented with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Great customer service skills and warm manner
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently when required
- Excellent personal presentation, confident and mature
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Experienced in using Word & Excel

Full training and support provided.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
