**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an amazing opportunity for a highly passionate Planning Manager to join the Factorie leadership team. Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day to day operations of the entire department as well as the strategy for girlswear and guyswear across all regions. As the Planning Manager you will oversee a team of experienced Planners, Assistant Planners and Analysts and support them in their continued growth and development in their roles.
As part of the Factorie leadership team, you will work closely with your peers across the brand to drive the best commercial outcome for the Factorie and continue to the growth of brand.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- An understanding and experience working on the full Planning process
- Demonstrated experience sitting on a wider leadership team that strategically drives business decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make high-impact decisions
- Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team to achieve results
