**The opportunity**
Part of the asset and property management team, the position reports to the Commercial Finance Manager. The role is responsible for preparing all analysis and statistics for a portfolio of Office assets, as well as owning the budgeting and forecasting processes. This is an exciting role with high internal exposure, that requires partnering with Property Managers, Asset Managers, Funds Managers, Operations and Development teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking leasing deal analysis including NPV, cashflow forecast, IRR, variance analysis, valuations, etc.
- Preparing property related statistics and metrics (occupancy, WALE, WARR, Cap rate, discount rate, commentary on variances, etc.)
- Preparing internal valuations on capitalisation and DCF approach
- Financial reporting for properties including P&L, capital budgets, NOI, capex reforecasting, asset plans, investment summaries, etc.
- Budgeting, forecasting and management of internal fees
- Feasibility modelling for commercial projects in construction
- Feasibility modelling, residual land value analysis for prospective projects
- Capital transaction due diligence, and new asset onboarding
- Portfolio/Fund reporting and analytics across wholesale, direct and listed Funds
