**What this job involves**:
We’re seeking a National Training Suites Coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive Concierge Services to our Federal Government Client’s staff user and Training Suite Management, including non-technical AV and IT support.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Determine work requirements and undertake concierge & receptionist duties

Coordinate activities with other JLL organisational units

Maintain attendance records and rosters

Maintain and adhere to organisations WHS policies and procedures

Oversee the provision of client service standards to established policy and industry standards

Develop and maintain networks and collaborative partnerships with clients, other staff and management

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Naturally, you will be a strong communicator and possess strong verbal & written communication skills. Ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines is essential.
Knowledge or exposure to concierge/facilities support would be advantageous

Must become familiar with and comply to relevant building specific Standard Operating Procedures
