A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have exciting opportunities for Machine Operators to join our **_Huntingwood_** Facility. Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting time to help own and shape our iconic legacy. Join our fully automated site that is the home of making Tim Tam's, Shapes & SAO biscuits.

**This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys a fast paced enviroment**
- Ability to adjust line and equipment settings via touch screens as required and within specifications;
- Understand the importance of quality checks and carry these out as required;
- Monitor product standards, identify and escalate any issues;
- Exposure to product change over’s and shut down procedures;
- Manual handling when required
- Participate in maintenance, continuous improvement (CI) and team meetings;
- Undertake housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities.

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills;
- Experience in a fast paced FMCG environment ideally within the food industry
- Be able to work unsupervised in a team environment;
- Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written;
- Thorough understanding of safety, health and environment as well as HACCP;
- Previous line experience in a similar environment would be highly regarded.
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs and adhere to written instructions;
- Experience working automated manufacturing lines;
- Ability to commit to day shift 7am - 3pm Monday-Friday
- FLD licence not essential but desirable
