Your Impact:

We're searching for a driven and safety-focused Machine Operator & Technician to join our high-performing manufacturing team. You'll operate and maintain production line equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help us deliver world-class results.

A day in the life:

You'll start your shift by preparing and inspecting your workstation, ensuring equipment is ready to run smoothly. Throughout the day, you'll monitor machine performance, carry out quality checks, make adjustments, carry out preventative maintenance activities, and work with your team to keep production on track and meet Asahi's high standards across safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust production line equipment, including size and flavour changes
  • Perform quality checks, inspections and testing, acting promptly to address issues
  • Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks in line with GMP, HACCP and CIL standards
  • Assist in preventative maintenance and improvement activities to optimise performance
  • Support and embed Asahi Way and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Trade or Fitter Certificate in electrical or mechanical discipline
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Food/Beverage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Well-developed communication and teamwork skills, with a drive for outcomes
  • Comfortable using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
