Fella Hamilton is a fast-growing ladies’ fashion brand known for its stylish high-quality designs and exceptional customer service. We are dedicated to ensuring that every garment that leaves our facility meets our exacting standards. We are seeking a reliable **Picker Packer / Factory Assistant** to join our friendly warehouse team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack and prepare daily replenishment fashion orders for our 34 stores accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock receiving, labelling and organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized workspace.
- **Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock boxes are required.**:

- Support despatch and general factory operations as needed.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous pick/pack warehouse or factory experience preferred (fashion experience a plus).
- **Physically fit** and comfortable with regular lifting and movement.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in handling stock and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
