We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor/ All-Rounder to join our vibrant team. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the establishment. This position requires a strong combination of leadership, multitasking, and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing duties, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate cafe staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new cafe staff members.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, as needed, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee cash register operations, including handling payments, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct regular inspections of the cafe to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Barista and food preparation experience is highly desirable.
- Certification in food handling or other relevant qualifications is a plus.
