HR Advisor Contract in a State Government Organisation for 4 Months

**Your new company**

Your new company is a state government organisation that supports the community in many essential sectors. You will support 2 large business units providing HR advice and support to line managers.

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you manage the following duties:

- Partner with and provide HR advice and guidance to 24 line managers
- Guide the line managers through the performance management process to ensure performance improvement plans are being adhered to
- Case management in situations where issues have been escalated by line managers
- Collaborate with various centres of business where required such as work health safety
- Culture building, annual employee survey and exit surveys, working with business on analysing results, create engagement plan based off that and be a sounding board for managers.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you should have experience in the following areas:

- Extensive experience with complex case management
- Experience within a government sector is not essential but highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills

**What you'll get in return**

In return for this role you will receive an hourly rate of $65 + super. You will have a guaranteed 4-month contract with probable extension. You will work in a hybrid arrangement with 2-3 days between the Parramatta & CBD office and the remainder working from home.
