**Residential Care Worker** around Toowoomba Region QLD - Full Time Position

We are looking for proactive, energetic, empathetic individuals to undertake residential care worker position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to follow clear direction from the management
- Assist food preparing and feeding
- Assisting in personal hygiene, showering and toileting
- Assisting clients with their mobility
- Providing companionship, friendship, and emotional support
- Must be available to work Monday - Sunday
- Willing to work greater than 35 hours per week
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies for the safety of the clients and yourself

**Requirement**:

- Certificate III in Aged, Community Care or equivalent
- NDIS Workers screening
- COVID Vaccinations (3 doses)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Police Clearance
- Current driver's license & car

- Great work ethic with strong principle
- Show empathy and enjoy working with people
- Poses reliable transport
